KYC Disclaimer
KYC: Refers to the "Know Your Customer" process implemented by Coinmy before establishing a business relationship or conducting transactions with its users. As part of this process, Coinmy may do anything it deems necessary to identify users, verify their identity, review and investigate users' transactions, or comply with any applicable laws or regulations.
In accordance with the "User Agreement" of Coinmy (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), every user acknowledges and accepts that each set of user credentials is non-transferable and shall only be used by the user who obtained such credentials. These credentials must not be disclosed or transferred to any third party without the written permission of the Company.
Upon agreeing to the Company's "User Agreement," the user provides his/her personal information and identity verification documents to the Company to complete the KYC procedure for an account intended solely for his/her own use. Consequently, the Company shall not be liable for any losses or risks caused by dishonest or abusive behavior that violates the Company's relevant policies and procedures.
